What is included in the pack?
Each pack contains two replacement butterfly pads in your selected colour. The electronic controller, remote, charging cable and full device kit are not included.
Which colour should I choose?
Choose White for the ivory butterfly pad or Pink for the coral design with the panda detail. Compare the pad shape and connector position with your existing Velnora device before ordering.
Will these work with any TENS machine?
No. These pads are intended for the Velnora device shown on this page. They are not universal pads, and compatibility with other brands or earlier device designs is not guaranteed.
When should I replace a pad?
Follow the lifespan and care guidance supplied with your pads. Replace a pad if it is damaged, no longer sticks securely or no longer makes proper contact. Wear varies with storage, skin preparation and use.
How do I help my pads stay sticky?
Use on clean, dry skin as directed. Avoid creams or oils on the placement area, handle the adhesive as little as possible and put the protective liner back on after use. Follow the supplied instructions for cleaning and storage.
Do the pads work on their own?
No. The pads need a compatible Velnora controller. Any pulse or heating functions are controlled by the device, not the replacement pad alone.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase. You choose how many packs to order, with no automatic repeat payments.
